Aurecon used GeoSLAM’s ZEB Revo RT, Pano and Horizon scanners for the final stage decommissioning of the Athlone Power Station in Cape Town. The entire facility was scanned in three days of site visits, with daily datasets processed overnight. The combined datasets were available within a week of the scan, enabling Aurecon’s modellers to commence work on the classification of components in the power station.
